Performance:
-TBSI is an important sulfonyl imide vulcanization accelerator, which can prolong the scorch time and has good vulcanization flatness;
-TBSI will not produce carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds in the application and can replace NOBS, TBBS and DCBS, etc.;
-TBSI can improve the anti-vulcanization reversion and air aging performance of natural rubber, especially under high temperature vulcanization and over-vulcanization conditions;
-TBSI can improve the bonding performance of rubber and copper-plated steel wire.
Application:
-TBSI can be used in tires and rubber products, especially tire steel wire bonding rubber and thick rubber products with high requirements for vulcanization performance.
