Performance:
-IS 7020 is a mixture of polymerized sulfur and orthorhombic sulfur, which is insoluble in rubber. It can prolong the scorch time of the rubber compound, prevent sulfur migration, and improve the viscosity of the rubber surface;
-IS 7020 is pollution-free and does not change color.
Application:
-IS 7020 is generally used in unsaturated rubber formulas with a high sulfur content, especially when the added amount exceeds the solubility of soluble sulfur;
-IS 7020 has a low migration rate in rubber, uniform dispersion, and a long scorch time, and is widely used in various tires; -IS 7020 can also be used in vulcanized rubber products with higher performance requirements.
