Performance:

Accelerator MBTS is a thiazole accelerator with significant aftereffect, which can produce flat and medium-speed vulcanization, high vulcanization temperature, safe operation, easy dispersion, no pollution, and good aging resistance of vulcanized rubber. When used alone, the vulcanization speed is slow, usually used in combination with dithiocarbamate, thiuram, aldehyde amine, and guanidine accelerators.

Application:

Accelerator MBTS is a universal accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and recycled rubber. It can be used to manufacture tires, hoses, tapes, and general industrial rubber products. MBTS can also act as a plasticizer or delay agent in chloroprene rubber.

Packaging:

Plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, and kraft paper bags, with a net weight of 20kg per bag. Or container plastic woven bags, with a net weight of 500kg per bag.

Transportation conditions:

It should be transported in a clean, roofed vehicle to prevent sun exposure, rain, long-term extrusion, and heat sources.
