Performance and use

This product is compounded with organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid and alkaline synergist, etc. It has high corrosion and scale inhibition performance, and its temperature resistance is particularly good. The agent is alkaline, and its pH value is equivalent to the pH value of boiler water. It can be effectively used for in-furnace water treatment of low-pressure boilers. Boilers include water heating, steam, locomotive boilers, etc. It can also be used for corrosion and scale inhibition in systems such as seawater desalination, distillation and automobile water tanks.

How to use

Add 100-200g of the agent per ton of water to the boiler feed water. Pay attention to sewage discharge during use. It is required to discharge sewage once every hour for 5 to 10 seconds each time. If the boiler is running with scale, the dosage of the agent can be increased and sewage can be discharged frequently. The boiler should be stopped after 10 to 20 days of operation, and the scale that falls off can be cleaned manually to prevent the scale from clogging the pipes, and then it will be turned into normal operation.

If conditions permit, the concentration multiple of boiler water can be measured and controlled at about 10 times. Other parameters are adjusted according to the relevant regulations of the labor department (such as boiler water pH 10 to 12. etc.). The dosing water tank should be a plastic product, and the cement material pool should be treated with anti-corrosion, otherwise it is easy to be corroded by the agent, thereby increasing the hardness of the water. The total hardness of the boiler feed water should be controlled within 200mg/L. If the hardness is too high, the lime method or other methods can be used to reduce the hardness, otherwise the scale inhibition effect of the agent will be affected.

Packaging and storage

This product is packed in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel or according to user requirements. Store in a cool place, storage period is twelve months.

The corrosion and scale inhibitor specially designed for high-efficiency boilers is alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. Rinse with plenty of water after contact.
