Product Introduction

MT-BC-H is a new generation of broad-spectrum preservatives, which can be widely used in various fields of industrial products. It is composed of two high-efficiency preservatives and contains another synergistic preservative in an appropriate proportion.

Product Features

1. Broad-spectrum, long-lasting and rapid killing of various bacteria, fungi and yeasts.

2. Widely applicable pH range, PH2.0-8.5 can be used. Miscible with water and easy to operate.

3. When there are organic matter, non-ionic, anionic and cationic surfactants in the system, they will not affect the antibacterial effect, nor will they produce antagonism with each other.

4. It does not contain formaldehyde, VOC, and does not cross-link emulsions. It has special effects on Pseudomonas that affect emulsions.

5. It is non-flammable, easy to transport and easy to use.

6. Low toxicity, completely harmless at the concentration used, no residue in the discharge, and will not cause accumulation and pollution to the environment.

Application area

Generally used concentration is 0.05%-0.6%, depending on whether the product is susceptible to microbial erosion and the storage environment of the product. The exact amount of addition needs to be obtained through experiments.

Toxicity and safe operation

Acute oral half lethal dose LD50 of rats>300mg/kg body weight (oral for males) Protective clothing, rubber gloves, goggles and masks should be worn when handling this product to avoid direct contact with eyes; once contacted, rinse with plenty of water immediately without delay! Do not contact with skin for a long time. Seek medical attention in time if necessary.

Precautions

This product MT-BC-H is better in the acidic to neutral range. It has poor stability in alkaline media with a temperature greater than 60°C or pH>9.0. and is not suitable for use. The color becomes darker under sunlight. When the input contains substances with -SH groups, such as cysteine, the antibacterial activity of MT-BC-H will be reduced. During storage, this product must not come into contact with reducing metals, such as iron, aluminum, etc., to avoid product decomposition.
