Chemical composition

Chemically synthesized from imported high-purity refined raw materials, it is the main agent of clean fracturing fluid. When added to hot water, brine or acid, it is easy to form a unique worm-shaped or rod-shaped viscoelastic colloid. At the same time, it has high surface interfacial activity and certain foaming properties, heat-resistant, salt-resistant and shear-resistant, and can withstand temperatures of 90℃-130℃.

1. Good biodegradability and very low biological toxicity.

2. Strong salt and hard water resistance.

3. In salt solutions or acid solutions with different pH values, as the concentration of hydrochloric acid continues to decrease and the pH value increases, the viscosity of the system increases rapidly, forming viscoelastic solutions or gels of different strengths.

4. It can play the role of variable viscosity acid, self-diverting acid and slow acid. It is used in the diversion acidification of heterogeneous reservoirs. The acid system automatically becomes viscous with the acid-rock reaction, has the effect of diversion acidification, and will not cause secondary damage to the formation.

5. It has the advantages of easy preparation and construction, high viscosity, high elasticity, automatic diversion, low friction, reduced acid loss, strong stability (salt resistance), easy backflow without residue, and no damage to the formation.

6. The system has a temperature resistance of 90℃~110℃. If it is compounded with other surfactants, the temperature resistance can reach 130℃.

7. This product is an ideal viscoelastic surfactant for heterogeneous multilayer sandstone reservoirs and medium and low permeability reservoirs in medium and high temperature oil and gas reservoirs-increase and transformation operations.

8. Good results have been achieved in many oil fields at home and abroad.

9. The solubility of this product in water is low at room temperature, and it needs hot water to have a good viscoelastic effect.

Usage and dosage

Add according to the application formula. Reference amount: 2.0%-5.0%.

Packaging and storage

200kg/plastic barrel. Store in a cool and dry place, prevent freezing and sun exposure. Shelf life is one year (0-35℃)
