Chemical composition and introduction

Chemically synthesized from imported high-purity refined raw materials, cocamidopropyl betaine, commonly known as CAB-35. CAPB30. also known as cocamidopropyl dimethyl betaine, referred to as: propyl betaine, carboxy betaine, belongs to the alkyl amide propyl betaine series.

This product is a zwitterionic surfactant that is compatible with anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants and nonionic surfactants, produces clear liquid or colloid, and produces good and stable foam with a certain viscosity. After mixing with anionic surfactants, it can achieve good foaming properties, and the viscosity can be adjusted arbitrarily; it is an ideal regulator for emollients and antistatic agents; this product is an extremely mild amphoteric surfactant that does not harm the skin.

STD CAB35 is an amphoteric surfactant with good cleaning, foaming and conditioning effects, and good compatibility with anionic, cationic and non-ionic surfactants.

When STD CAB35 is matched with an appropriate amount of anionic surfactants, it has a significant thickening effect and can also be used as a conditioner, wetting agent, bactericide, antistatic agent, etc.

STD CAB35 is cationic in acidic media and anionic in alkaline media. It is non-irritating to the skin and eye mucosa and has no allergic reaction. It can be combined with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants to obtain transparent liquid or colloid; its foam is stable and fine; combined with anionic surfactants, it can increase the viscosity of the material under pH 5.5-6.5 conditions, and the thickening effect is obvious.

STD CAB35 has a good foaming effect and is widely used in oil field exploitation. Its main function is to act as a viscosity reducer, oil displacement agent and foaming agent, making full use of its surface activity to infiltrate, penetrate and strip the crude oil in the oil-containing mud to improve the three-recovery recovery rate.

STD CAB35 has good hard water resistance, antistatic and biodegradability.

STD CAB35 has low irritation, mild performance, fine and stable foam, and is widely used in the preparation of medium and high-end shampoos, shower gels, hand soaps, foam cleansers, etc. and household detergents; it is the main ingredient for preparing mild baby shampoos, baby foam baths, and baby skin care products; it is an excellent softening conditioner in hair care and skin care formulas; it can also be used as a detergent, wetting agent, thickener, antistatic agent and bactericide, etc.

STD CAB35 is increasingly used in liquid detergents such as dishwashing detergents, laundry detergents, multi-purpose cleaners and car cleaners. It can also be used in agricultural spray oils, fire extinguishing agents, papermaking auxiliaries, textile auxiliaries, etc.
