Chemical composition

Chemically synthesized from imported high-purity refined raw materials, WinsonoTM PF40 new oil-resistant foaming agent, oil-resistant low-tension foaming agent for oil displacement, new phosphate amphoteric surfactant.

Performance and use

1. Excellent water solubility, alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, wettability, calcium soap dispersibility, cleaning ability, solubilization, emulsification dispersibility, antistatic property, thermal stability, and biodegradability.

2. Good compatibility with anionic, cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants. Good compatibility with formation rock fluids, and the foam performance is still stable when in contact with crude oil, brine and most chemicals.

3. It has low surface tension and low critical micelle concentration in a wide pH range. It can form a large amount of foam in contact with gas, and the foam size is similar, the foam expansion multiple is high, and the foaming ability and foam stabilization ability are very strong. When the mass fraction is very low, it can also form a good and stable foam system. Under a certain gas-liquid ratio, it can adapt to the use of foam flooding system under the mineralization conditions of the bottom water of most oil fields.

4. It can be compounded with other low surface tension products and polymers to form a synergistic effect, and achieve a composite foam flooding system with close to ultra-low interfacial tension, improve oil recovery efficiency, and increase crude oil recovery.

Usage and dosage

Add according to the application formula, 0.1%-2.0%.

Packaging and storage

200kg/plastic barrel. Store in a cool and dry place, antifreeze and sun protection. Shelf life is one year (0-35℃)
