Chemical composition

Salt-resistant and high-temperature-resistant VDA acidification diverter STD TM CGE45 is chemically synthesized from imported high-purity refined raw materials. It can withstand temperatures of 90℃-130℃. It is a viscoelastic surfactant that is salt-resistant and high-temperature-resistant, a VDA medium- and high-temperature acidification diverter, and a VDA acid diverter.

Performance and use

1. This product has good compatibility with surfactants of different ionic properties.

2. It can form micellar gels of different strengths in salt solutions or acid solutions with different pH values, and the viscosity increases with the increase of pH value.

3. It is used as an acidification diverter and is applied to the viscoelastic surfactant self-diverting acid system to play the role of changing viscosity acid, self-diverting acid and slowing acid. It can withstand salt and high temperature. It has the advantages of automatic steering, easy backflow, reduced acid loss, simple acid preparation and construction process.

4. It is used in the diversion acidification of heterogeneous reservoirs. The acid system automatically becomes viscous with the acid-rock reaction, has the effect of diversion acidification, and will not cause secondary damage to the formation.

5. This product has achieved excellent application results in acid fracturing applications in domestic oil fields and foreign oil fields in Iraq, Iran and other countries.

Usage and dosage

Add according to the application formula. This product is compounded with hydrochloric acid, corrosion inhibitor, iron ion stabilizer, etc. to form a self-diverting acid system.

Packaging and storage

200kg/plastic barrel or 180kg/plastic barrel. Store in a cool and dry place, antifreeze and sun protection. Shelf life is one year (0-35℃)
