Appearance: yellow transparent liquid

Application range: acid and weak acid dyeing of nylon and its blended fabrics.

Usage: dipping

Dosage:

Used as dyeing leveling agent: 0.5 ~ 1.0% (o.w.f)

Used as color patching agent: 2.0 ~ 3.0% (o.w.f)

Performance introduction:

1. Low foaming, avoiding machine failure caused by high foaming.

2. Excellent leveling, slow dyeing and simultaneous dyeing performance of color matching dyes.

3. Excellent permeability, especially suitable for warp dyeing of nylon fabrics with weak acid dyes. During dyeing, it can promote the uniform diffusion of dyes into the inner layer, so that the color inside and outside is uniform. It can reduce the “warp willow” and “horizontal bar” caused by the differences between nylon fibers, and the color is uniform.

4. It has a strong dye migration ability and has a very good repairing effect on the color spots caused by acid/weakly acid dyes on nylon fabrics.
