Application range: polyester and its blended fabrics alkaline bath dyeing processing.

Usage: dipping

Dosage: 1~2 g/L

Performance introduction:

1. Excellent alkali resistance, can be used for dyeing under conditions where the pH value exceeds 12.

2. Realize the one-bath process of polyester desizing and dyeing, effectively disperse the sizing agent and prevent its redeposition.

3. Effectively prevent the oligomers generated during the dyeing process, and avoid the phenomena of white powder, dye spots and color spots caused by oligomers.

4. Good leveling and migration properties, excellent high-temperature dispersibility of dyes, and little effect on color light and color fastness.

5. Depending on the type and concentration of the dye, it is not necessary to perform reduction cleaning after dyeing. Shorten time, improve efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
