Butter inhibitor STD-5

Introduction

Butter inhibitor STD-5 has the functions of anti-oxidation, metal ion passivation, polymerization inhibition, purification and dispersion.

This additive can effectively inhibit the production of butter in the alkali washing tower, avoid tower blockage, ensure the acid gas absorption effect and the normal operation of the alkali washing tower, and can also reduce the COD index in the waste alkali.

Properties

This additive has the appearance of yellow or brownish yellow liquid, stable performance, it can be miscible with water, amine solution and alkali solution, does not contain halogen and metal elements, and is irritating and corrosive to the human body.

Use

This additive is mainly used for amine washing (MED, DEA, TEA, MDEA) system and alkali washing system of cracking gas in ethylene unit.

Addition scheme

1. The addition site needs to be determined according to the characteristics and requirements of the system to ensure that the additive and the process medium are fully mixed when entering the equipment;

2. Based on the cracking gas flow rate entering the alkali washing tower, the general total addition concentration is 20~50mg/kg.

Packaging

This additive is packaged in galvanized iron barrels (lined with plastic liner), with a net weight of 200 kg per barrel.

Safety protection

This additive is non-toxic, flammable, and non-explosive. It needs to be stored indoors in winter, away from fire sources.
