Oil viscosity reducer STD-1

Introduction

Oil viscosity reducer STD-1 contains surfactants, which can effectively reduce the viscosity of oil, improve thermal efficiency, and reduce power loss. This additive has good thermal stability and strong water resistance. It dissolves in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons and does not contain halogens and heavy metal elements.

Properties

This additive has a brown or yellow oily liquid appearance and is irritating to the human body.

Uses

This additive is mainly used to reduce the viscosity of raw materials, quench oil and refinery residue oil of ethylene units, reduce power loss, and extend the operating life of equipment.

Precautions

1. The injection point must be based on the requirements of the system viscosity reduction to ensure that the additive and the process medium are fully mixed when entering the equipment;

2. The general injection concentration is 1~10mg/kg (based on the circulation volume of quench oil). 8mg/kg can be injected first, run for several days, and then gradually reduced to 5mg/kg, observe the effect, and determine the best injection concentration;

3. This additive can be continuously and evenly injected at room temperature or on-site temperature with a metering pump. If necessary, it can also be diluted with a solvent to a certain concentration of solution before use.

Packaging

This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel or plastic barrel with a net weight of 170±0.5kg.

Safety protection

Store in a cool and low temperature place, avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
