Introduction

MT-2589 is a wet-rub fastness improver, and is composed of a kind of special high molecular cationic compound, suited for the fixing after-treatment in dyeing dark shades of cellulosic fabrics and their blends, whereby the dry and wet rubbing fastness of the fabric can be enhanced significantly

Features and Advantages

The wet-rub fastness of the dyed cotton, polyester, T/R and T/C etc. can be improved noticeably.

Negligible influence on handle, washing and perspiration fastness.

The fabric treated with the wet-rub fastness improver, after finishing process with baking, possesses a certain resistance to washing, and its washing durability performance is particularly pronounced for knitted fabrics.

Applications

For the enhancement of rubbing fastness after dyeing of cotton and its blends with Sulphur, Reactive and Direct dyes, and pigment.

For the enhancement of rubbing fastness after dyeing of T/R, T/C etc. with Disperse, Reactive and Direct dyes.

For the enhancement of wet-rub fastness after dyeing of polyester, especially fine denier and micro-fabric, with disperse dyes.
