Compressor corrosion inhibitor STD-7H

Introduction

Compressor corrosion inhibitor STD-7H has the dual functions of high-efficiency neutralization and film formation. The neutralizing component can neutralize the hydrogen ions released by acidic substances and inhibit acidic corrosion; the film-forming component can form a dense protective film on the surface of the equipment, which can play a similar role as a barrier to protective coatings.

STD-7H compressor corrosion inhibitor is mainly used for corrosion protection of compressors in petrochemical ethylene units to extend the service life of compressors.

Properties

This additive is a colorless or yellow liquid and is irritating to the human body.

Uses

This additive is mainly used for corrosion protection of compressors and compressor equipment systems in ethylene units, extending the operating life of compressors and ensuring the normal production of ethylene units.

Precautions

1. Injection point: The pipeline with an internal extension spray nozzle is installed in the injection pipeline of each section of the cracking gas main pipe to achieve the injection of the additive in sections 1 to 5 in atomized state, respectively, continuously and evenly.

2. Injection concentration: Based on the cracking gas processing volume, the injection concentration of sections 1. 2 and 3 is 15PPM, and the injection concentration of sections 4 and 5 is 8PPM, and the injection is continued for one week (7 days). Then the injection concentration of sections 1. 2 and 3 is reduced to 8PPM, and the injection concentration of sections 4 and 5 is reduced to 4PPM. After continuous injection for 15 days, decide whether to adjust the addition concentration based on the pH value of the condensate between sections and the analysis results of Fe2 content.

Packaging

The packaging uses plastic-lined iron barrels or plastic barrels, with a net weight of 200±0.5 kg per barrel

Safety protection

This additive is non-toxic, alkaline and flammable, and should be stored away from fire sources. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse with clean water for 10 minutes
