Specialty :

1.STD-504 has excellent effect on wetting dispersing pigments. It can avoid the color separation effectively when mix the painting whose formula has titanium dioxide with other pigments.

2. STD-504 doesn’t contain polysiloxane ingredient and has no reversal influence on paint film, on the opposite, can improve the flatting and touch feeling.

Application System :

STD-504 is recommended to used in the alkyd, acrylate, amino baking varnish, 2K PU, epoxy painting and so on.

Dosage :

it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 0.5% to 2% to inorganic pigment, with 10% to 30% to organic pigment.
