| Product Features | – Excellent adhesion to rough surfaces of pre-treated and untreated paper, as well as various composite paper surfaces.<br>- Excellent adhesion to OPP and cellulose acetate composite papers.<br>- Excellent hot stamping performance and good shear properties.<br>- Good coverage with no voids. |
| Physical Properties | – Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 40±1%<br>- Formulation:<br> FASIVE-740: 50<br> Diluent: 50 (Composition: Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK): Toluene = 1:1)<br> Silica powder (F-100): 3 (15% of resin solids)<br>- Mixing Note: Mix the above ingredients using a high-speed disperser for more than 15 minutes to ensure uniform resin mixing.<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer |
