| Product Features | – Suitable for hot stamping on paper products, BOPP, and most plastic materials.<br>- Suitable for hot stamping on laminated paper and ordinary ink-printed products.<br>- Suitable for hot stamping on pencil, ballpoint pen, and other pen barrels.<br>- Excellent hot stamping performance with moderate release. |
| Physical Properties | – Appearance: White viscous liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 50-55% (150℃ × 30min)<br>- Formulation:<br> Main agent (FALAC-PW66) : Diluent (n-Butyl acetate) = 5 : 1<br>- Mixing Note: Mix the above ingredients using a high-speed disperser for about 30 minutes to ensure uniform resin mixing.<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer |
