| Physical Properties | – Appearance: Colorless transparent viscous liquid<br>- Composition: Polyacrylate copolymer<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 40±1% (150℃, 30min)<br>- Viscosity: 4800±700 cps<br>- Diluent: Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), ethyl acetate, toluene<br>- Storage Conditions:<br> Unopened products should be stored at room temperature (30℃) for 6 months, avoiding direct sunlight and rain.<br>Opened products should be sealed promptly and used as soon as possible. |
| Application Scope | Suitable for manufacturing double-layer composite solar films with strong adhesion. Also applicable for safety films. |
| Usage Method | – Resin/Curing Agent Ratio: 100g/0.5-1.0g<br>- Mixing Requirements: Weigh the diluent first, then add the resin while stirring. After thorough mixing, add the curing agent and continue stirring until the solution is uniform in color and free of stratification.<br>- Dry Adhesive Amount: 10-15μm<br>- Drying Temperature and Time: 120℃, 30 seconds<br>- Curing Time: 24 hours (60℃) or 72 hours at room temperature<br>Note: Each coating factory must adjust the adhesive ratio appropriately due to differences in equipment conditions, oven temperatures, coating rollers, coating speeds, production environment temperature and humidity, base film quality, and curing time and conditions. |
| Precautions | – Flammable material. Keep away from heat sources, avoid open flames, and prevent contact with eyes and skin.<br>- Install ventilation equipment near the machine and in the workshop to ensure the health of users and the environment.<br>- Seal the product promptly after use to prevent environmental contamination or moisture ingress, which may affect product quality.<br>- The product becomes more viscous over time after adding the curing agent. Use the adhesive in small quantities and multiple times as needed to ensure product quality.<br>- Conduct compatibility tests before using pigments.<br>- If the adhesive comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if discomfort persists. In case of accidental ingestion or excessive inhalation, seek medical attention immediately. |
