Polymeric defoamer STD-49202

Description

STD-49202 is non-silicon antifoaming agent which is special designed for the radiation-curingcoating system. The STD-49202 has excellent compatibility with good defoaming and antifoamingabilities. It has no influence on the re-coating.

Specialty

1. STD-49202 has excellent compatibility in radiation-curing system. Also, STD-420 can be used in the other thermosetting resin system such as unsaturated polyester.

2. STD-49202 has very good recoatability for avoiding of curtain breaking during curtain coating in photocureable coating system.

Application System and Dosage

STD-49202 could be used in the radiation-curing system, unsaturated polyester system.

The dosage can be around 0.3-1.0% of total, please test the optimized dosage. It’s suggested that add the STD-49202 before grinding, and the mixture should be under sufficient strongshear force after add the agent.
