Rheological Modifier STD-9430

Description

STD-9430 is a polyurea compound and polyamide composite rheological agent, suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. After being mixed into the system, the additive will establish pseudoplasticity, thereby preventing sedimentation and sagging through thixotropy. It is widely used for anti-settling and anti-sagging of various industrial paints.

Application system and dosage

It is suitable for all kinds of solvent-based coating and ink systems.

The addition amount varies according to different application systems. For anti-settling, it is0.1-0.7%. For anti-sagging, it is 0.5 – 3.0%. It is recommended to be added later.
