Halogen-free flame retardant MT-FR1100

Product Introduction:

MT-FR1100 is a highly transparent halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant for PC resin. Its full name is potassium perfluorobutyl sulfonate, and it is in the form of white powder.

Application:

Used in pure PC (or PC with pigments) to improve the PC flame retardancy to UL94 V0 (3.2mm)

Features:

Environmentally friendly, bromine-free, chlorine-free, phosphorus-free

Extremely small addition amount (0.08%)

Small effect on the physical properties of PC (5%)

Small effect on transparency (1 unit)

Good thermal stability, TGA decomposition temperature (5%) at 480 degrees
