Reactive silicone STD-22404

Description

STD-22404 is organic silicon compound modified by terminal acrylic acid group. In the radiation-curing system, STD-22404 can react with the system that introduce the properties of the silicone into the materials.

Application System and Dosage

STD-22404 could be used in any cross-linking system that is reacted via acrylic group such as UPE, radiation-curing systems.

The amount is 0.2-1% for persistent slip, 2-6% for anti-dirt. STD-22404 can be introduced in any step during manufacture.
