STD-4000 Nano Anti-Rust Film uses nano molecules with high surface area as anti-rust materials. Nano particles have size effect, surface effect and strong interface interaction with polymers. They actively intercept harmful gas substances in the outer layer of the anti-rust film. At the same time, STD molecules are added to the inner layer of the product, which can volatilize into a confined space and form a protective barrier on the metal surface, so that the metal can be better protected.

How to use

1. Users or staff must wear gloves, and it is strictly forbidden for staff to directly touch the workpiece with their hands (gloves should be replaced in time after being dirty);

2. Before packaging the workpiece, it must be ensured that there is no rust and moisture residue. For products that are washed and dried in the early stage, they need to be packaged after cooling. The workpiece cannot

have direct contact with any wood or acidic material;

3. It is best to use a closed packaging, which can effectively prevent moisture from corroding the workpiece and improve the anti-rust effect;

4. To achieve the best anti-rust effect, it is recommended to test whether the STD product is suitable for the workpiece to be packaged before use;

5. The anti-rust film continues to volatilize a small amount of anti-rust substances to provide anti-rust protection for the metal surface in direct contact. The distance between the anti-rust film and the metal depends on the packaging volume and the time required for the final formation of the anti-rust protective layer. Generally, it is 10-30 cm.
