Product Description

This product is a STD product series anti-rust product. It is made by immersing the sponge in a vapor phase anti-rust liquid. It has the functions of anti-rust, drying and buffering. The concentration of the vapor phase anti-rust agent contained is about 10 times higher than that of the vapor phase anti-rust packaging paper. It is suitable for the internal space where large equipment is placed to enhance the anti-rust protection effect. It can not only package parts very flexibly, but also complete several major functions such as rust prevention, buffering, anti-static, and dehumidification. It meets the US military anti-rust standard MIL-PRF-81705D and the US MIL-PRF-8170D electrostatic protection standard.

Application

Applicable to metal materials, parts, tools, measuring tools, electronic components, printed circuit boards, suitable for large packaging, shipping containers, etc. Used in conjunction with anti-rust film, a more effective vapor phase anti-rust environment can be produced.

Main performance

1. Suitable for protecting ferrous metals and various non-ferrous metals (steel, carbon steel, iron, copper, brass, aluminum, zinc, solder, silver…).

2. Does not contain nitrites, phosphates, silicones, chromates or other heavy metals.

3. Can effectively prevent metals from being corroded by moisture, SO2. H2S and electrochemical corrosion.

4. The unique monomolecular protective layer has no adverse effect on the metal surface in the package, and is also suitable for rust-proof packaging of electronic components and circuit boards.

5. The vapor phase rust prevention effect per unit area is ten times greater than that of vapor phase rust prevention paper, rust-proof film, etc., which allows it to protect items with a larger surface area, such as steel wire, aluminum wire, etc.

Usage

The metal surface should be cleaned before use. When packaging, try to keep the STD coating surface close to the metal surface and seal the package.
