Product Description

Water-soluble rust inhibitor MT-509A is specially developed for oil-free rust prevention of metal workpieces. After using this product, the surface of the workpiece is free of oil layer and can be directly unpacked and used. This product is a milky white liquid, which is composed of special surfactants, composite rust inhibitors and deionized water. At the same time, STD vapor phase corrosion inhibitor is added. When STD molecules evaporate into a confined space, a dense protective film will be formed on the metal surface, thereby better protecting the metal. The anti-rust ability and salt spray resistance of the treated workpiece can be greatly enhanced, the surface gloss is good, it will not stick together, will not affect conductivity and welding, and can completely replace mineral anti-rust oil.

Packaging and storage

20L/200L barrels are sealed and stored in a cool, dry, clean and ventilated warehouse at room temperature (shelf life 12 months).

Usage and method

1. This product does not need to be mixed. It can be used directly after proper shaking. It is especially suitable for the workpiece turnover anti-rust process.

2. Before applying to metal parts, there should be no residual liquid from the previous process. It is advisable to soak for 30 seconds-5 minutes (if time permits, the recommended soaking time is more than 3 minutes), and the use temperature range is 20-40℃.

3. Drying temperature: 60-80℃ (the workpiece after soaking does not need to be washed with water and dried directly. If it affects the appearance, it can be washed with water and then dried).

4. It is recommended to replace it once a week.
