Performance:

-HD OT 20 is a highly dispersible polymerized sulfur that is insoluble in rubber. It can prolong the scorch time of the rubber compound, prevent sulfur migration, and improve the viscosity of the rubber surface;

-HD OT 20 is pollution-free and does not change color.

Application:

-HD OT 20 is generally used in unsaturated rubber formulas with a high sulfur content, especially when the added amount exceeds the solubility of soluble sulfur;

-HD OT 20 has a low migration rate in rubber, uniform dispersion, and a long scorch time, which can improve the adhesion between copper-plated steel wire and rubber. Therefore, it is widely used in tire steel wire bonding rubber formula and OTR tires;

-HD OT 20 can also be used in vulcanized rubber products with higher performance requirements.
