Dispersant STD-6310

Description

STD-6310 is macromolecule hyper-dispersant and it has excellent wetting disperse ability to the various organic pigments. It can decrease the grinded system viscosity and increase the fill of pigments. Meanwhile, it has super anti-flocculation ability thus improve the storage stability of grinded color paste.

Application System and Dosage

STD-6310 is suitable for the 2K PU, alkyd, acrylate, polyester, amino baking varnish and UV system.

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 10% to 15% to inorganic pigment, with 30% to 90% to organic pigment, with 70% to 100% to carbon black.
