Dispersant STD-6320

Description

STD-6320 is a polymeric dispersing agent. It has excellent wetting ability for many kinds of pigments. It could greatly decrease the mill viscosity and it could increase the pigment content in the color paste. The color paste milled with Tech-6320 has excellent store stability. It is very suitable for UV system because it contain no solvent.

Application System and Dosage

STD-6320 is suitable for middle-polar resin systems and is specially suitable for UV systems.

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 10% to 15% to inorganic pigment, 5% to 6% to TiO2. 30% to 90% dosage to organic pigment, 70% to 100% dosage to carbon black.
