Dispersant STD-6300

Description

STD-6300 is a functional dispersant that special designed for inorganic pigment powder in nano-particle. Not only it has the excellent wetting ability but also has the fantastic anti-settling ability. Tech-6300 has very good dispersing abilities for the inorganic pigments and fillers and metal powder. Meanwhile, it has super anti-flocculation ability for the grinded color paste thus improve its storage stability tremendously.

1. STD-6300 dispersant is suit for various coating systems, it could accelerate the wetting and dispersion ability, and reduce the coating viscosity, shorten the lapping time.

2. STD-6300 dispersant consists of silicone oxygen anchoring group, so that it suit for inorganic pigment.

Application System and Dosage

STD-6300 is recommended to use in the oil coating systems, as well as water base systems.

Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce, with 1% to 5% to inorganic pigment, with 20% to 50% to nano-particle.
