Product Description

The vapor phase rust-proof powder bag uses a non-woven bag to hold a certain amount of STD vapor phase rust-proof powder, which is mainly used for the anti-corrosion treatment of the internal metal surface of metal depressions, hollows or cavities. In a confined space, the vapor phase rust-proof powder in the bag is vaporized and released by utilizing the good air permeability of the non-woven fabric, and the anti-rust effect is excellent. After the STD is vaporized, it is adsorbed on the metal surface to form a dense protective film layer, thereby playing an anti-rust role.

Use

It is mainly used for corrosion protection of various metals such as steel, copper, and aluminum. It has gas phase adaptability to common metals in electronic equipment such as gold, silver, copper, steel, aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and tin. It is also suitable for various metal materials and products such as iron metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, electroplated metal, zinc and alloys, chromium and alloys, cadmium and alloys, nickel and alloys, tin and alloys, aluminum and alloys.

Main performance

It is especially suitable for rust prevention of the inner surface of the enclosed space of the rust-proof object, including the inner cavity, holes, curved surface, etc.

After the enclosed space is opened and then closed, it still has a continuous rust prevention effect.

After the rust-proof workpiece enters the next process, it can be used without surface pretreatment.

It does not contain silicone, phosphates and heavy metals, and is environmentally friendly and safe. It has passed the SGS certification and complies with the requirements of the RoHS directive.

How to use

The surface of the rust-proof object should be clean and dry, and there should be no residual debris, stains or other dirt.

When using, the powder bag should be placed within the effective action distance of STD (≤30cm). At the same time, since the density of STD rust-proof gas is greater than that of air, the powder bag should be placed or suspended in the upper space of the rust-proof object as much as possible.

In general, the basic usage is: 100g-130g/m3. The amount should be increased in harsh environments.

When operating, clean gloves should be worn, and direct skin contact with the rust-proof workpiece is prohibited.

Notes

In a completely open space, the effective ingredients of STD anti-rust powder should be completely lost for at least 120 hours; in a completely closed space,the induction period of STD anti-rust powder is 30-40 minutes.
